Typelingual

Type Lingual is an intercultural design conference that brings together various designers, from different backgrounds. A highly experimental poster was created to advertise the conference along with a collaborative zine that highlighted four well-known designers who practice typography as an unique form of communication. My contribution to the Type Lingual zine honors one of Mexico’s most celebrated designers: Alejandro Magallanes. The zine mimics Magallanes handwritten type treatment and gestural drawings with an edgy yet simple color palette.
